USD Trading Outlook
U.S. Dollar Trading (USD) US traders jumped upon the European rally extending for one of the largest rallies on record with most banks +10% as EU debt fears eased. Q3 GDP came in as forecast at 2.5% annualized and this further helped sentiment in the US session. In US stocks, DJIA +339 points closing at 12208, S& P +42 points closing at 1284 and NASDAQ +87 points closing at 2738. Looking ahead, University of Michigan Consumer expectations forecast at 74.1 vs. 73.8 previously.
U.S. Dollar Trading (USD) volatility was evident in the market Wednesday before the announcement of a Greek debt deal during the start of the Asian session Thursday sparked a major rally. The response was broadly positive and could be the main story of the rest of day as European and US investors respond. In US stocks, DJIA +162 points closing at 11869, S& P +12 points closing at 1242 and NASDAQ +12 points closing at 2650. Looking ahead, Q3 GDP forecast at 2.5% vs. 1.3% previously.
U.S. Dollar Trading (USD) stocks reversed sharply today on concerns that some disunity was appearing at the EU summit between France and Italy. In US data, October CB Consumer Confidence dropped to 39.8 its lowest level since 2009. US House prices fell 3.5% y/y in August. In US stocks, DJIA -207 points closing at 11706, S& P -25 points closing at 1229 and NASDAQ -61 points closing at 2638. Looking ahead, September   New Home forecast at 0.3mln vs. 0.295mln previously. September Core Durable Goods forecast at 0.4% vs. -0.1% previously.   
U.S. Dollar Trading (USD) the markets extended gains overnight with improving investor sentiment after positive EU developments and more talk of QE3 from NY FED&rsquo s Dudley. Earlier in Asia we saw the China PMI come in strong at 51.1 vs. 49.9 previously and this added fuel to the equity rally globally. In US stocks, DJIA +104 points closing at 11913, S& P +15 points closing at 1254 and NASDAQ +61 points closing at 2699. Looking ahead, August Case Shiller forecast at 0.4% vs. 0.9% previously.
U.S. Dollar Trading (USD) most markets finished higher with & lsquo risk on& rsquo into the weekend on expectations of progress at the EU summit. The USD was under broad pressure with USD/JPY slipping to fresh all time lows under Y76 and EUR/USD edging above 1.3900. In US stocks, DJIA   +267 points closing at 11808, S& P +22 points closing at 1238 and NASDAQ +38 points closing at 2637.
